Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy for the TOEFL ITP Preparation Test English Course lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your course must not have been started, and any associated materials must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Access to digital resources or online modules must also not have been utilized.
Several types of items or services are exempt from being refunded:
- Downloadable course materials or software products
- Services that have been rendered or partially rendered, such as attended classes or consultations
To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any materials back to the course provider unless specifically instructed.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced course fees are eligible for refunds. Discounts or sale course fees cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace materials if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange materials for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send the materials to: [Physical Address].
Gifts
If the course was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refund request is processed, a credit or voucher will be issued.
If the course wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
If returning any physical materials, you should mail them to: [Physical Address].
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement item to reach you may vary.
For expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
